We want to know more about your project. Upon receiving your inquiry you will be emailed a link to our calendar. Through this link you will schedule a 15-minute discovery call with one of our professionals.

What is your experience?
We have over 15+ years experience in photography and videography.
What are your rates?
Individual/Family portraits start at $350/hour
What happens if the weather is bad on my event day?
We will reschedule at a later date. Based on availability.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations done 48-hours prior to the agreed upon project start date will receive a 50% refund.
Do you use natural or artificial light?
We use both artificial and natural light. Whatever’s the best for the job!
How long will my video be?
Project length may vary. Videos are Depending on the project, videos can be between 2-6 minutes.
Do you travel outside of your service area?
Yes. We travel anywhere we’re needed. Additional fees & costs apply. Contact us for more information hi@degmediacompany.com
What size prints are available?
We use Pixieset to deliver our photos upon completion. Via Pixieset, you will be able to choose from a variety of print sizes. All orders are fulfilled by Pixieset and delivered to the address of your choice.
How long will it take to receive my photos?
For photos, the average turnaround time is 2-4 weeks.
For videos, the average turnaround time is 3-5 weeks.
Do you edit your photos and videos?
All of our photos and videos are edited by our in-house editor, using Adobe Premiere Pro.
Do you offer payment plans or discounts for multiple bookings?
Payment plans are available for all projects over $1k.
We do not offer discounts for multiple bookings but if you book a retainer service that averages out to a discounted rate.
Do you use drones?
Yes! Drone footage is available to add to your project.
